Preorders are paid in full online. You'll get a collection number to show at the prepaid collection point during your chosen time.

Allergen information

Burgers contain gluten (bun), sesame, dairy (cheese), and egg and mustard in the sauce. All meals are prepared in one outdoor kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any meal is free from cross-contamination. If you have an allergy concern, please contact the organisers before ordering.

Collection and no-shows

All preorders are paid in full online. Bring your collection number (for example P042) to the prepaid collection point during your chosen time. Uncollected orders may be released after the final collection cutoff and are not automatically refunded.

We collect your name, email and mobile number only to take payment, send your confirmation and collection number, and manage collection on the day. Your details are kept only as long as operationally and legally necessary and are never used for marketing.

This helps staff review your order, but it is not a guaranteed allergy accommodation.

2. Choose a collection time

Come to the prepaid collection point during your 15-minute window.
1:30 pm – 1:45 pm20 left

3. Your details

Your collection number will be emailed here.
Only used if there's a problem with your order.

4. Review and pay

Choose at least one burger to continue.

You'll be taken to Stripe to pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your order is held for 10 minutes while you pay.
